Seabrook Crossing West is a 113,000-square-foot center anchored by BJ’s Wholesale Club at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 107 in Seabrook, New Hampshire, directly off Interstate 95 at the Massachusetts border. The site sees more than 90,000 vehicles a day on I-95 and another 43,000 combined on Routes 1 and 107, and it forms the western half of Seabrook Crossing, a 261,000-square-foot regional retail hub that includes Bob’s Discount Furniture, Hobby Lobby, Starbucks, IHOP, Goodwill, and Beth Israel Lahey Health across Lafayette Road, with Walmart and Dick’s Sporting Goods immediately adjacent.
The center is also home to Portsmouth Regional Hospital’s Seabrook Emergency Room, a 10,820-square-foot freestanding, 24-hour ER that opened in 2017 as the first facility of its kind in the area. Built in partnership with the hospital and the Town of Seabrook, it serves Seabrook, Hampton, and Hampton Falls as well as Amesbury and Salisbury across the state line. The property includes two available suites, a half-acre outparcel, and roughly 3.5 acres of additional development area along Route 107.
