Levy Legacy Group has closed on 110 acres in Rochester, New Hampshire, the land that will become North Ridge, a master-planned, mixed-use community and the firm’s anchor development. The closing on May 10 followed months of planning with the City of Rochester and secures the full first-phase footprint under LLG’s control.
North Ridge is planned as an important district for retail, medical office, residential, hospitality, and entertainment uses, with nine integrated product types across the site. The project is supported by $65 million in city-committed infrastructure through a Tax Increment Financing district, which will fund the roads, utilities, and site work that open the land for development. LLG serves as master developer.
The first phase includes North Ridge Triple Net, a roughly 10-acre program of seven single-tenant outparcels along the site’s frontage, with additional phases to follow as the master plan advances through approvals.
“Rochester has been a true partner in this from the first conversation,” said Josh Levy, Founder and CEO. “The city’s commitment to the infrastructure is what makes a project of this scale possible, and we intend to build something the community is proud of for a very long time.”
