Levy Legacy Group has named Ivy Greaner Chief Operating Officer. Ivy brings more than 35 years in commercial real estate and a track record of building and running development and operating platforms at scale. She has held senior leadership roles at Bedrock in Detroit, where she oversaw a major urban real estate portfolio, at Lennar and FivePoint on master-planned communities, at InvenTrust in retail, and as a Partner and COO at RAM Realty. She serves on the ICSC Board of Trustees and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee of the ICSC Foundation Board.
At LLG, Ivy is responsible for the platform itself: operations, asset and property management, finance and reporting, capital partner relationships, and building the team that will carry the firm’s pipeline from land to stabilized ownership. “Josh has spent 25 years earning the trust of the people he builds with and for,” Ivy said. “My job is to build the company around that, so the next 25 years can happen at a much larger scale.”
