Levy Legacy Group is advancing Ridge Residential at Cedar Landing, a 220-units, market-rate multifamily community in Rochester, New Hampshire. The project marks LLG’s first ground-up residential development and the launch of the firm’s multifamily platform.
Ridge Residential is planned as a mid-rise community with a full suite of resident amenities, designed for renters who want a walkable, connected place to live in one of the Seacoast region’s fastest-growing communities. LLG is developing the project alongside an experienced multifamily partner, to be announced.
The community sits within Cedar Landing, where residents will have retail, dining, services, and open space at their doorstep, along with direct access to Route 11 and the broader Rochester and Seacoast employment base. Ridge Residential brings new housing to a market where demand continues to outpace supply, and anchors the residential component of LLG’s growing presence in Rochester.
