Levy Legacy Group Is Formed

Josh Levy founded Levy Legacy Group in March 2025 to pursue a simple idea: a New England development and investment firm built around long-term ownership, deep local relationships, and projects that improve the communities around them. After 25 years co-leading Waterstone Properties and more than $500 million of completed development, Josh set out to build a platform that could carry that experience into a larger, longer-term portfolio, with a team and a set of capital partners assembled for the purpose.

Controller Vikki Gallagher joined at the outset, and the two of them spent the firm’s first months turning Josh’s business plan into an operating company: forming the entities, setting up accounting and reporting, securing the first land positions in Clinton, Massachusetts and Rochester, New
Hampshire.

The firm’s early focus was clear from the start: net-lease retail, mixed-use, and medical office in markets across New England, with the master-planned development that would become North Ridge as its anchor project.
