Levy Legacy Group is moving forward on a new single-tenant, triple-net-leased opportunity in Calumet City, Illinois. The project will be built for a national tenant and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The project sits alongside LLG’s existing Calumet City holding, home to Bob’s Discount Furniture and Men’s Wearhouse, and extends the firm’s programmatic net-lease work with national retailers.
